Hello Westlake Village Townehome residents and welcome to our new website! We look forward to providing you with useful, updated information here on a regular basis. The website was developed with you in mind and we hope it will help you to feel a little more like a valued part of this community... which you are!

There are three parts to our new website:

PART 1
​is the Homepage which you see when you first enter our site using our new domain name (wlvloveland.com). This page is accessible to the general public and acts as an introduction to our neighborhood. Information on this page is appropriate for all to see and does not include any personal information about individual homeowners or the Board's financials, monthly bulletins, etc.

PART 2
is the Realtor's page. This page is only accessible to realtors and contains pertinent information about our neighborhood that will help professionals market available units and represent buyers who plan to move in. Information includes details about the complex, governing documents, financial documents, and information about the Board. The Board is required to provide this information to realtors representing buyers to assist in their closing, and it is important that buyers receive information about our community's rules and regulations as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings after their purchase and arrival.​

PART 3
is the Owner's page - the most important page! This page is only accessible to Westlake Village Townehome homeowners. Neither the general public or realtors can gain access to this page. Entry to this page is accessible to homeowners by passwords generated by each homeowner, not by the website administrator as was done in the past. You are in charge of your own access, so keep your passwords handy. The administrator can send you a link to reset your password, if forgotten. The Owner's page features a dropdown menu at the top of the window that can direct you to more information. We attempted to duplicate most of the information that was provided on our previous website, though it has been reorganized and expanded a bit. We will continue to add new features and information in the future, so check back regularly!
